Withdrawal policy
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts upon conclusion of the contract.
Digital content
For digital downloads, withdrawal may be excluded if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right once download begins (§ 356 BGB).
